My fellow Canadians! You have got to try this!

Made in British Columbia’s beautiful Kootenay Region, this line of hot sauces is delicious. Let me just say that I am not one to indulge in spicy food but something about these sauces has me thinking of all the things I can make to top it with as well as buying it as gifts for any occasion that arises.
Unless you live in the area where it is made, you’ll have order it online. When you do, you might as well order it in bulk to receive the discount and to feed what will become your new addiction.
Kootenay Bayou makes three flavours: Roasted Red Hot, Roasted Red X and Kiwi Tsunami. My favourite of the three is Roasted Red Hot. It is full of flavour and does not have an overbearing amount of heat. Roasted Red X has the same flavour with more heat. Kiwi Tsunami would be my least favourite but is still great to top your eggs in the morning.
I have given this sauce as a host gift, stocking stuffers and birthday present. I can only hope that this company continues to grow and that one day I can buy these sauces in my local grocery store.
