I have a weakness for these bad boys and I know a lot people enjoy them too!
Here’s a quick post of how to make them!
Take a cube of margarine (I use imperial) and grease a 9×11 pan.
Toss the remaining cube into the largest pot you have, on medium-low
Melt that margarine!
Add 1 pack of marshmallows ( 400g pack) – I used regular sized marshmallows but broke them up in the pot to help them melt quicker.
Once the marshmallows are almost completely melted, stir in 1/2 pack of chocolate chips (Herseys Chipits 350g). You don’t want to add the chocolate too soon because you don’t want it to burn.
Once everything is melted, add a 665g box of Golden Graham cereal and stir!
It is easiest to use a wooden spoon so that nothing gets caught in the curve of a spoon, ladle, etc. but is still stronger than a spatula.
Once the cereal is evenly coated, dump into the greased pan and press it into the corners and spread out over.
Let it cool down and DIG IN! Yuuuuummmmmm
