Tips & Trick: Coconut Milk Yogurt Smoothies

As lactose intolerant, I am always looking for alternatives to my favourite  dairy treats. Along the way I have stumbled across different coconut milk products. Coconut milk ice cream and coconut milk yogurt are my go to items when I’m craving creamy rich treats. 

My favourite thing to use coconut milk yogurt for is smoothies. Because it already has a fruity undertone, it enhances the whole fruity goodness. It doesn’t matter if you can eat dairy or not, just try it!

Coconut milk yogurt, frozen berries (I like frozen peaches in there too), and a splash of orange juice (or Malibu rum during patio season). I know people have a personal preference to consistencies, so I will leave the ratios up to you.
