As the first challenge of the year, I am using the most common new year resolution for inspiration: Fitness.
I know for myself, it is easier to take on physical challenge once I already have a habit of being active. With that in mind, I am challenging myself to get into that habit by using my ab wheel everyday in January.
We are only just briefly into this month but I have been successful thus far.
I am excited to get into the habit and further my self expectations over time… hopefully getting back to the personal challenge that I was unsuccessful at last year.
