At the beginning of the year, I wrote down a personal challenge for each month on a piece of loose leaf. I thought I was being really clever planning them out for the year right off the get-go but clearly putting them on a page that wasn’t attached to anything wasn’t the brightest.
For the last 5 days I have been raking my brain trying to remember what on earth I had planned for this month. I cannot for the life of me remember. Instead, I have come up with a fresh challenge.
As the weather is mighty lovely for the month of April, I am going to push myself to get on my mountain bike early this year. I am challenging myself to cycle 50km by the end of the month. 50km really isn’t that much but between work, barre classes, and everything else going on, I think it will be a good challenge for the next 25 days.
