Personal Challenge: November 2016 – Conclusion

November flashed before our eyes and we now find ourselves in December with very little snow.

In the month of November, I set up the personal challenge to get more friendly with water. I wanted to make sure that I was getting enough water going into the dryest time of year and have a better understanding of what actually counts as water intake. My goal was to drink 2,000 mL for at least 20 days in November. Low and behold my usual water habits were not so bad! At my barre classes alone I normally down 820 mL which is almost half of my daily goal in an hour.

At my barre classes alone I normally down 820 mL which is almost half of my daily goal in an hour. I also love tea so this goal gave me an excuse to indulge there as well. Having done the internet research turns out that tea counts towards to your water intake and I wasn’t really starting off on such a bad foot after all.

This month was thoroughly successful in the realm of personal challenges on Lovely Littlest Life and  I am looking forward to keeping that momentum going, not just with my water intake but also with the personal challenges.
